Warm, welcoming and comfortable, our rooms occupy two floors of the renovated barn. They are accessible from the cozy breakfast room where our guests can entertain themselves during the day playing cards, watching the news on the splendid 32" LCD screen or simply absorbing the atmosphere.

The renovations were completed in January of 2006. The rooms, with private bath and shower, have been furnished with care and with meticulous attention to detail. The furniture is authentically antique and the window treatments are simple and rustic. The terra cotta floors remind us of the old country houses in the mountains as do the wooden beamed ceilings.

Each of the seven rooms looks on to the town or the lake situated in front of the Locanda, and based on the views an appropriate name has been chosen which characterizes each room.

Obtained on the stony old face of the barn and embellished with historical interior decoration typical of the rural abruzzese's art besides the sight on the old village and on the lake, the room offers a quiet sojourn to Locanda's guests

"La Pineta" is a comfortable four persons room, ideal both for families and for friends. Woodden flooring, large bathroom, affected interior decoration and the majestic view offer an homy and pleasant atmosphere in which get an enjoyable sojourn.

Small but comfortable, room "La Fonte", is the ideal place where stay in relax after you lived an holiday or sport day in Santo Stefano. With its french bed it is very comfortable for a single and good for a couple.

This is a cosy and coloured room, its window sight is on the mountains, and with its two beds it is ideal for a couple in a vacation that wanna live sweet and pleasant nights in mountain, beetween warbling of pets and sounds of little animals that populate the lake.

All the village that stoods out in front of the big window of this room is the nice characteristic of this room, that accomodates two or three persons Interior decoration and the large bathroom derived in the loft give to the room the look of a mountain chalet.

Little and nice, with sight on the village, this room has a good sight and a quiet atmosphere. Furnished with poor-art pieces of furniture it is the right place to relax in the quiet of the rural atmosphere.

Big and nice is the ideal room for bride and groom, couple o everyone who wants to celebrate an event. From its balcony you can look at the great santuary of "madonna del lago" situated on the lake side. It is available from two to four beds, so it is the ideal room also for a family or friends.
